which areas do we service?

We currently own and coHost properties in  Orlando, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Boise ID. While the majority of our properties are local to St. Augustine, we have successfully co-hosted in other parts of the country as well. We are proud to offer nationwide co-hosting services and are fully committed to supporting hosts across the United States, no matter the location. 

what are your fees?

Our co-hosting fee typically ranges from 17% to 20%, with the rate tailored to each property based on factors such as location, property size, and the level of support required. This ensures we provide the right services to meet your needs while maximizing your rental’s success. 

how soon can we have you ready for bookings?

We’re always looking to add more properties to our portfolio, so contact us today for a consultation and free revenue evaluation. We can typically have you up and running within 48 hours once your property is fully furnished, staged, and stocked.
